This is a new one for us - UPS damaged one of our boxes but tried really hard to fix it. They took what remained of the box, cut it down and retaped it.

The funniest thing of all? They replaced the contents with a random board game!

We're not sure whether to be impressed with the effort or alarmed at the result.
