How did WE end up HERE?...

Many of us like to look at our challenges with our partners from the "moment of impact" versus looking at them from the point of that first "red flag".
We'd prefer to begin reflecting at the moment everything fell apart.
Why do we do this?
In many cases, we're simply not ready to look at the WHOLE story because we would rather focus on what our partners did wrong rather than what we did to contribute to the problem.
If we looked at the WHOLE we would easily see that WE either:
ADDED to the problem.
DENIED the problem because we weren't ready to deal with it emotionally or
OVERLOOKED the problem thinking that our partner would fix it.
We say that we never saw "it" coming but the reality is that we did...
Either way, we can start over right now!
We can ADDRESS challenges head on.
