Pointe of Surrender Dance Studio Founded in 2010 by Erica C. Hill. Pointe of Surrender is the home of both Pointe of Surrender Dance Studio and Pointe of Surrender Dance Co.

POS provides training and application for dancers and aspiring dancers. We provide training to all levels of skills, and godly counsel for all dancers involved. We are here to cultivate the seed God has planted in those who are truly called to worship in dance & arts. We are also an outlet for those who just want to be in his presence and enjoy exploring the arts in their free time.

MOBILITY is flexibility + strength; the ability to control movements with strength across full ranges of motion. Dancers can stretch and have flexibility, or have general strength in short ranges of motion, but not throughout their full/almost full range of flexibility.

Mobility is crucial for dancers’ performance and health so that they do not form imbalances in their body. Hyper flexibility + low strength = imbalance

The goal is to be strong AND flexible across large ranges of motion.

Mobility is for the health + longevity of their dance career, and unlocks advancements + capabilities in the craft of dance. Happy moving dancers 💕
