Welcome to Allegro Dance and Fitness! We offer a complete curriculum of dance classes for children, as well as daily fitness classes for the adults.

Allegro Dance and Fitness has been serving the Shoals area since 2009. We offer dance classes for ages 3 and up in a wide variety of styles including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acrobatics. In addition to dance classes, the studio is now also a fitness center offering classes in BarreAmped, and soon, Buti Yoga. BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reli

able results, no matter the client. Our instructors for both dance and barre are highly qualified and trained to provide you and your dancer with the best possible experience. Come by the studio and check out what we have to offer!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT! ✨Scout has been lighting up the studio with her infectious smile for the last 14 years. We’ve shared so many laughs, made so many memories, and watched her grow into the beautiful dancer and young woman she is today.😍 As our only senior this year, she stepped up as a leader and set an amazing example for our younger dancers to follow. Her absence at the studio will be deeply felt. Scout is headed to UNA in the fall and will be dancing on the sidelines with at the new Bank Independent Stadium! We couldn’t be more excited to see her cheer on the Lions, and we are so thankful that we’ll still get to see her at the studio!🦁

Our sweet Scoutie B, thank you for 14 incredible years. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you continue to shine in everything you do. 💜🫶🌟
