Welcome to Allegro Dance and Fitness! We offer a complete curriculum of dance classes for children, as well as daily fitness classes for the adults.

Allegro Dance and Fitness has been serving the Shoals area since 2009. We offer dance classes for ages 3 and up in a wide variety of styles including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acrobatics. In addition to dance classes, the studio is now also a fitness center offering classes in BarreAmped, and soon, Buti Yoga. BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reli

able results, no matter the client. Our instructors for both dance and barre are highly qualified and trained to provide you and your dancer with the best possible experience. Come by the studio and check out what we have to offer!

Dancer of the Week: Ella Grace Rogers

Ella Grace is new to Allegro this season! She comes to us from Savannah, TN and drives over an hour each way to train with us 4 days a week. She has made an excellent addition to our Senior Team and we have all loved getting to know her over the last couple of months. She works extremely hard in the studio and we LOVE to see it! Congratulations Ella Grace, we are so proud of you!💜

🎉The kids are all back in school, and now is the perfect time to focus on you! Meet us on the mat for Allegro Barre - a fitness class for adults influenced by classical and modern dance (it is definitely not a dance class, but it does use a barre to achieve optimal positioning). Led by studio owner Lesley Corrigan - the class combines the best of Pilates, Yoga, and deep stretching, all in an encouraging and supportive atmosphere.💜
