It’s been awhile. My Granddaughter and I collaborated on this piece. The Japanese writing in the center says I love you and the names on the left are the names of the special people we love. It’s colorful and abstract. Can’t wait to get a nice thin gold frame around it.

I painted this for a special nurse who is a total rocker. I’m calling it Pain, Love and Rock and Roll. It’s really a painting of my nerve endings, the pain I felt, like nothing before in my life, and the appreciation I have for this one nurse who took good care of me during my hospital stay.
