The Vinyl Room is a family-owned custom printing company with five locations across Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. We specialize in personalized apparel, gifts, and custom designs — helping customers create everything from team uniforms to one-of-a-kind keepsakes.

The Opportunity
We're hiring a Cashier to be the face of our Florence location. This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys connecting with customers and wants to build a long-term career in retail and customer service.
This isn't a dead-end job. We promote from within, and many of our supervisors and managers started right where you'd be starting. If you're dependable, personable, and eager to learn, there's real room to advance.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Answer questions about our products and services
Help customers find what they need and suggest options
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Support the team with general tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Team player who works well with others
Eager to learn — no experience required, we'll train you
A plus (but not required):
Previous retail or customer service experience
Knowledge of custom apparel, crafting, or shirt printing
Schedule:
Full-time: Monday – Saturday, 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay $13.00-$15.00
Must be available every other Saturday
Closed Sundays and major holidays — so you can spend time with your family
