🎭 What Is the FLT Guild?
The Florence Little Theatre Guild is a special group of dedicated volunteers who have given their time, talent, and heart to help FLT thrive. Once a volunteer earns 100 participation points (and is at least 18), they become a permanent member of the Guild — and their name is announced at Awards Night.

Guild members have one very important privilege:
They get to vote for the Irving Award for Best Performance in each production. After every show, Guild members cast their ballot at the Box Office by choosing the performer they believe delivered the standout performance of the night.

The Guild exists to honor the people who keep our theatre strong — and we are grateful for every hour, every rehearsal, and every bit of passion our volunteers pour into FLT. 💛

This season we welcome 17 new members into the FLT Guild.
