After losing Newguy two months ago I didn’t think I had more room in my heat or home for another pup. Then Kyle came to me with a Reddit post about several pups in need of a home. So we went, with all my hesitation and fears. But I’m so glad we did! Just look at this sweet girl. She is so tiny and loving. All she wants is food and to be held like a baby.
She still has two sisters and a brother that are in need of a home. If you’re interested let me know and I’ll send you information.

Today we said goodbye to our very best boy. He went to sleep at home surrounded by his big sisters and felt nothing but love. We are so grateful for the short time that we were able to spend with him.

Last week we got Newguys pathology back and it wasn’t what we had hoped for. He has Hemangiosarcoma and unfortunately it will progress rapidly. Today is his first day without pain medicine from his Splenectomy and I had hoped to see him up moving around a bit more but that’s not his plan for today.

Please remember my sweet boy this morning as he gets ready for surgery. Thankfully he was well enough last night to go through a stroll through the neighborhood and smell all of his favorite spots. This morning I can see the strain his little body is under. We spent this morning together cuddled up. He will go into surgery knowing love and compassion.
