Sometimes life throws things at us that try to rob us of our joy and it takes a bit to get our spark back, but I’m here hoping we can share happiness! ❤️

Hazel, the happy little golf cart and I were out for a short ride around the park on this wonderfully beautiful Wednesday morning meeting and chatting with neighbors while hoping to spread joyfulness to others! 😃❤️

Inevitably we are blessed by the kindness and cheerfulness from others! Thank you to Nancy and her husband for being so kind to give of your time and talk with me! It was a true pleasure to meet you! 💚☺️

What a gorgeous place to get to live and experience life! The “happy weather” season is upon us so Hazel is looking forward to new adventures! 🤗❤️👋

Each morning after dropping off my hubby for work, Hazel’s first ride up the street is with our grand-dog, Coco. She runs from the house, skids sideways and hops up onto the seat next to me, ready to start her adventure! 🐶🩷

Smiling and sniffing the whole way, she loves that we stop at the end of the block to look out over the little pocket park with fresh grass. Then we take our time heading back home, where she hops out of the cart to go back inside, grinning ear to ear, to let “mama”know by her energetic wagging tail that she had a great ride with Hazel and grandma! 🩷🐶

Then today, as Hazel the happy little golf cart and I rode around, I was blessed by no less than a dozen neighbors throughout our community that we were able to share our smiles, waves, greetings, or lovely chats with! We were even able to give away some fun “Hazel” stickers! And in return, I hope that we brought joy to each person as we scattered our loving kindness around like wildflowers!🌺

We live in such a special place, inviting a beautiful way of life to be lived! The sights and sounds never gets old to me, and watching the seasons change in the desert plants leaves me in awe! I’m forever grateful to be a resident in Anthem Merrill Ranch, Florence, AZ! 🏜️🌵🤗❤️👋

We’re hoping to scatter joy and kindness to our neighbors and friends throughout the community and the world! Did you know we have followers from Canada and the UK?! Even though Hazel and I are not able to ride today due do a daytime thunderstorm and notice from the Community Center that our trails are closed to due flooding, we hope you are able to scatter joy and kindness like wildflowers! Have a great day. We will be out one day soon when it safe! 😊❤️👋

Sandie Needs An Electric Wheelchair!

Please take a few moments to read my post and learn about Sandie’s story:

For me, a lifelong crafter, one of most beautiful things about being on Facebook is getting to know people with common interests, whom we may never meet in person, yet become our friends. Sandie, from Glitzy glam cockney crafter in the UK is one of those.

I believe we met for a distinct purpose, not just because we both love to create, but to remind my heart that just because I’m unable to travel the world to share Christ’s love, it doesn’t mean that I don’t have my own little mission field right here where I am!

I genuinely love getting to know people, spreading joy, being kind, and helping others along the way. At this time Sandie needs our help, so I’m here today to share a bit about her story and her need for an electric wheelchair.

Together I believe we can help this lovely lady get exactly what she needs. I hope you will consider donating to her wheelchair fund so that she is able to get back a bit of her daily life that she lost after a horrific fall.

Some months back Sandie broke all three bones in her ankle, in five places! After surgery to repair her leg her body began to betray her, rejecting the metal pins and rods. Due to additional health problems and autoimmune diseases, she developed CRPS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

Already disabled by a botched spinal procedure, and SEVEN other medical conditions, infection set into her leg. Multiple attempts at treatment were made, but she is still unable to walk. Additionally, she learned that this could be permanent because she was just diagnosed with osteoporosis as well.

To Sandie getting the electric wheelchair she needs is an enormous and feels like an unattainable challenge, but I have faith that little by little we as fellow humans can come together in a powerful way to help her obtain this piece of equipment.

I loved seeing the gorgeous surroundings all washed off from the heavy rain and rode Where the Streets Have No Name, praising and praying for our beautiful community! It never gets old! 🤗❤️👋
