Now let’s talk about the party. 🤍
At Pickett Place, receptions aren’t limited to one room or one setup. Most of our couples use a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the evening.

The Front Courtyard can be open air or completely tented, with tables, dancing and bistro seating extending throughout the courtyard and lawn.

The Venue Hall can be used for dinner, dancing, or both, and opens directly to the courtyard so guests can move easily between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Whether you’re saying “I do” here or at one of the beautiful churches nearby, Pickett Place can still be home base for the day. Get ready in the wedding suites upstairs, walk across the street for your ceremony, then come right back to celebrate.

And if an entirely indoor reception or a larger guest count is what you’re looking for, our sister venue, Pickett On Court, is just one block away and offers another option for up to 300 guests depending on setup.

Having two venues a block apart opens up so many possibilities for the entire weekend. Host your rehearsal dinner or welcome party at one, have your ceremony at a nearby church, and celebrate your reception at the other.

And it doesn’t have to stop at the venues. With our downtown hotel partnerships and so much within walking distance, your guests can stay downtown, grab coffee in the morning, meet up for lunch or drinks, and spend the weekend together exploring downtown Florence.

Because we also own Party Never Ends, we can help with tents, dance floors, staging and more. We also offer in house DJ and live music options and work with some of the best wedding vendors in the area, while always giving you the flexibility to bring in the vendors you love.

Let’s talk ceremony spaces. 🤍
One of the things we love most about Pickett Place is that there isn’t just one place to say “I do.”

Built in 1833, the historic home is at the heart of the property, with spacious getting-ready areas upstairs, private restrooms, two full kitchens, catering spaces, and plenty of room to spend the day together before the ceremony begins.

For celebrations with fewer than 40 guests, ceremonies can even take place inside the historic home itself.
From there, the entire property flows together.
For an indoor ceremony, our Venue Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests plus the wedding party, with doors opening directly into the adjoining courtyard.

For an outdoor ceremony, the Front Courtyard can accommodate up to 200 guests plus the wedding party.

The Front Porch + Lawn offers another beautiful ceremony setting for up to 130 guests, with the historic home as the backdrop.
And your ceremony space doesn’t have to stay a ceremony space. Our team handles the transition into the reception while you and your guests enjoy another part of the property.

From the historic home to the Venue Hall, courtyards, porch and lawn, every space connects, giving you the flexibility to make the property feel completely your own. 🤍
