No laptop, no backing tracks, just the real deal in the tradition of Dr. Isaiah Ross "The Harmonica Boss" and Jesse "Lone Cat" Fuller. Performing Delta-style bottleneck slide steel, 6 and 12-string acoustic, cigar box, diddly bow, and electric guitars, the ukulele, banjo, mandolin and harmonica, while singing and playing drums with his feet!

Take The Greater Detroit Music Census Today! Do you make music happen in Detroit?

We want to hear from you! The Greater Detroit Music Census is a community-led effort to better understand the current needs of the Metropolitan Detroit music scene. It will provide an official count or survey of the networks of creative and business professionals producing music–related outputs in our city. The initiative is funded by The Detroit Music Collective and Portfolio Medics with a collaborative partnership with D. Cipher, The Detroit Techno Militia, Detroit Nightlife United and Sound Music Cities.

The Greater Detroit Music Census is now LIVE for all musicians and music industry professionals in Detroit, and within a 75-mile radius. The information gathered will help local music organizations navigate better and more fair ways to support and serve our local music community.

Wayne County, Oakland County, Macomb County, Livingston County, St. Clair County, Lapeer County, Washtenaw County, Monroe County, Genesee County, and Lenawee County.
