Please join us at the First Frost art fair! We have a fresh roast coffee shop and live music by Soulstice! We have a full range of very cool stuff, pottery, custom clothing and accessories, wooden bowls and cutting boards, prints, cards and original paintings of various styles, and jewelry to lust over, like Antoni's amber jewelry, anodized, pearl's, beaded...and make your own jewelry with Anita's lampwork beads. Also mixed media art by ! And more!

And to top it off, this is a fundraiser to help support the FlintInstituteofArts .org (but the fair is not here, it's at the school, ).

Our 17th annual First Frost Art Fair is coming soon, on October 19 and 20, 2024!! Come see our fabulous artists!

NEW: live music by the band Soulstice, which is certain to raise your spirits and make you want to dance.

Also added is a 'coffee shop' where you can buy a cup of coffee made of custom roasted beans by the The Hippie Grind Coffee Company. Paired with our bake sale, live band, and Michigan artists, you are assured a lovely visit!

The members of Soulstice have played with such acts as Bob Seger, Kid Rock, War, .38 Special, The Rascals, KC and the Sunshine Band, The Commodores, The Spinners, The Diamonds, Three Dog Night, Tommy James and the Shondells, Dishwalla, Sponge, and many others. Professional, fun, and energetic, Soulstice is Michigan's Premier Dance Band. Come on out and join us on the dance floor!

First Frost is a fundraiser organized by the Founders Society of the Flint Institute of Arts to help support their programs and services.
