Create life long Halloween memories with your local home haunt walkthrough. Just like the good ol’ days with the Jaycees home built horrors we provide a family friendly event with just enough spooks and scares to send adults running.

Pine Island Terror or P.I.T. is a hodgepodge of everyone's biggest fears, tapping into your nightmares and bringing them to life. Entering in through “life’s exit”, our cemetery is dead quiet… into the house where you will be guided into your terrors.

We are a non-profit experience and only expect smiles, laughter, and of course screams in return, however with the generous and kind community we live in, donations are accepted and will be 100% donated to Clay County Animal Services and Safe animal shelter.

Please join us on Halloween night from 7pm-10pm(or whenever the last one leaves) and spread the word! Bountiful candy and screams await you! Remember: “Don’t let Halloween die, hand out candy and create memories!”

Another Halloween in the books! Hope everyone had a great time, got lots of candy, and created memories. This is the inaugural post for an ‘up and coming’ home haunt. After debuting in 2016 in Middleburg (Carlotta rd) and expanding in 2017 a short 2 year break was had; however, we will be returning for the 2020 Halloween season! Bigger, better, and of course more scarier. The experience is like none around, showcasing all your fears from childhood onward.

The neighborhood of Pine Island is a smaller less traveled area (especially on Halloween) so we are hoping to get the word out ahead of time so we can bring the spirit of Halloween back to the smaller neighborhoods of Fleming Island.

Pictures and videos are from ‘16-‘17 but hopefully 2020 will bring a lot more!
