We were happy to have The Jersey Corn Pickers from the foreign land of New Jersey join us in Berks County for some old time and original Bluegrass hits on our Main Stage.

They unfortunately were lacking a fiddle player for the day, but the very talented Sarah Larsen stepped in and made that the most minimal of their worries as she nailed every song just like she was a long time member of the band.

If you ever make it across the PA-NJ border, be sure to be on the lookout for this talented Jersey band, they’re still making great music.

It was a good year for some fierce competition at 2018 Berks Fiddle Fest, and Sophia DeLong earned herself third place in our beginner age division of the Fiddle Playing Contest.

There are some real great Bluegrass events in this area!

I took this video at Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival where there were a few Berks Fiddle Fest regulars and non stop amazing music from some of them live on the main stage.

It’s two of our past Grand Champions on one stage for an incredible set of fiddle music.
