It’s my mommas birthday and she taught me so many things. But one of my favorites is her love for musicals…especially White Christmas. We grew up watching this movie over and over so when I saw this sweatshirt I knew I had to customize it to be perfect for her.

Adding these quilted sleeves were surprisingly easy and faster than I anticipated. I’m definitely going to be doing this again. I used a tutorial I saw on insta from 👏

One of my favorite sewing hacks! Don’t sleep on your second hand stores for cheap fabric, quilting books, and random sewing gadgets.

These are my favorite because they’re full of ideas and inspiration and then give you all the measurements and everything you need to get started. I think I need to do a series where I sew something out of each of the books I’ve acquired, what do you think?
