As an added bonus; a new washer dryer is on-site. Television with AppleTV along with BlueTooth enabled Anker Speaker. WiFi internet on premises that will support Video Streaming, but if streaming occurs alongside other internet activities; buffering will occur . If your phone is WiFi enabled, you will not have any problems obtaining a signal. If your phone doesn't use WiFi; service is spotty at best.
