It’s International Dance Day —yes, that’s a thing.
I’m immensely grateful and humbled by this roller coaster ride of a life that dance has given me, which I have been blessed to share with so many young dancers and families through the decades. I have been teaching for well over half of my life at this point, and that seems hard to believe.
Thank you to every teacher, studio owner, director, cast mate, fellow student, partner, and choreographer who helped shape me into what I have become (and who taught me what I did not want to become).
It’s never been an easy path, but it’s mine. It’s an honor to pass it on.
