šŸ§”Meet ā€œFlexā€!šŸ§”

I am a bit saddened to be finishing my tonal series, because it was such fun for me to explore the depth, variety and vibrancy of each color on its own. But as I created this series, I thought of how fun it would be to not only spin each color solely on its own, but to pair it with another colorway and create something new and stunning!

ā€œFlexā€ explores the color orange, from deep and rich shades of rust and spice to vibrant tones of pumpkin. I have it available now in all three bases (left to right): Merino, Polwarth and BFL.

So I thought weā€™d play a little game over the next few daysā€¦

THIS or THAT?

Behind the scenes in my studio here, Iā€™ve been working hard on this lil project. Iā€™m dipping my pinky toe in the hand dyed yarn pool. Never did I anticipate dyeing yarn in my fiber artistry journey, but if there is one thing I learned from my artistic intuition over the years is to just try. So trying I am! šŸ˜‚

For today, I present to you one of my most popular colorways, Delulu. I have her dyed up on Non Superwash (left) and Superwash (right).

Now I could bore you all to tears with the pros and cons of each, but I wonā€™t. Maybe we can discuss in the comments?
