You’ve heard us mention Angie and Ang's Amazing Graze, but we think it’s time for a proper introduction!

Angie is already a familiar face around Gillig doing her amazing charcuterie classes... and over the next few months, you’re going to be seeing a lot more of her as she brings new events, catering, and experiences into the space.

As part of the transition to an event center, the building name will become The Parlour Collective.
The Parlour Collective will be the location for the events, Angie will be catering events with Ang's Amazing Graze, and Gillig Winery will be supplying the wine & beverages.

MEET THE FOUNDER ✨

Hi, I’m Angie Miller, the heart behind Ang's Amazing Graze and the founder of The Parlour Collective.

What began with a love for creating beautiful food and bringing people together has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Through Ang’s Amazing Graze, I’ve had the privilege of being part of weddings, showers, celebrations, community events and some of life’s most meaningful moments.

Along the way, I realized I didn’t just want to bring the food to the gathering—I wanted to create the place where the gathering could happen.

The Parlour Collective is the next chapter of that story: a warm, elevated and inclusive space where people can celebrate, connect and feel genuinely welcome. A place for beautiful weddings and private events, but also for markets, workshops, brunches, music and experiences that bring our community together.

This has been built with a lot of hard work, a little bit of chaos and an enormous amount of heart—and we’re only getting started.
