Formerly known as Pole Addiction (established in 2005), Aerial Dragonfly Movement Studio evolved in 2017. Under new ownership, Aerial Dragonfly Movement Studio seeks to maintain the high quality of individualized instruction that the studio is known for, while developing new and unique classes, and sharing the world of Aerial Arts with their students.

Meet Stephanie, one of our Intro to Pole and Intro to Hammock instructors!
Stephanie’s pole journey began right here at Aerial Dragonfly in March 2025, where she quickly fell in love with the combination of strength, confidence, self-expression, and connection that pole creates.

Now, she brings that same energy to her classes, creating a supportive space where new students can feel comfortable exploring movement, building strength, and discovering their own confidence. And soon, you’ll get to see Stephanie on the other side of the studio performing in our Spooktacular Showcase!

We are so lucky to have Stephanie as part of our Aerial Dragonfly team. Be sure to show her some extra love when she takes the stage! 💜

We’re so excited to continue our partnership with EmpowerHer for our monthly Aerial Sound Bath Workshops, happening every fourth Sunday of the month from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM at Aerial Dragonfly.

This isn’t your typical sound bath. Instead of resting on a mat, you’ll settle into an aerial hammock, allowing your body to feel supported, suspended, and wonderfully weightless while you’re surrounded by the soothing vibrations of sound.

Sound baths are designed to encourage deep relaxation and create an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body. Paired with the gentle support of the hammock, you can allow yourself to soften, release tension, and simply be without having to hold yourself up.

Our performers have been dreaming up routines, choosing their music, perfecting their tricks, and putting in the hours to create something special for you. Now all that hard work is getting ready to hit the stage!

What’s a Spooktacular without a few potions? Cloud Nine is returning behind the bar with two specialty spooky cocktails created for the evening. Expect aerial performances, Halloween energy, incredible costumes, spooky sips, and a studio completely transformed for the occasion.

Whether you know someone performing or simply want a hauntingly fun night out, come fill the studio, make some noise, and show our Dragonflies some love!

Spooky season has officially taken flight, and we have a full month ahead of us at the studio! Check out our October calendar, save those dates, and come spend a little extra time in the air with us.

Our fellow Dragonflies have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes—creating routines, attending workshops, perfecting tricks, and putting their own spooky spin on their performances. Now it’s our turn to show up and support them!

Dragonflies—Aerial Yoga is now offered Tuesday mornings at 9:00 AM!

Aerial yoga uses the support of the hammock to help you move through stretches and yoga-inspired positions with greater support and freedom. The hammock can help decompress the spine, deepen stretches, improve flexibility and mobility, build core strength, and encourage better balance and body awareness. Plus, starting your morning with intentional movement is a wonderful way to reset before taking on the rest of your day.

We couldn’t be happier to announce our continued partnership with EmpowerHER to Heal! After such a wonderful response to our Aerial Sound Bath experience, we’ll now be offering this restorative workshop every month.

Join us on the fourth Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM for a chance to slow down, reset, and recharge. Settle into the aerial hammock while soothing sound and gentle relaxation create the perfect space to release tension and reconnect with yourself. As we head into the busier fall and holiday seasons, consider this your monthly reminder to make a little time just for you.
