A Message from David Coucheron

We’re honored to share this message from violinist David Coucheron, whose performances have been part of many unforgettable moments at the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival. His reflections speak to the special connection artists feel to this place and the lasting impact of our founder’s vision.

“The AICMF is an amazing place for chamber music, and some of my best musical memories have been in Amelia Island. Chris Rex was an outstanding visionary and what he has created in Amelia is very unique, and something to be very proud of. I am forever thankful to be introduced to this gem of a place, and hope to continue being a part of the AICMF family for years to come.”

Thank you, David, for your kind words and for being part of our Festival family.

We’re incredibly proud to share that the Festival donated $25,000 to the Nassau Humane Society following our Emmylou Harris & Friends concert. 💙

This would not have been possible without the extraordinary generosity of our musicians Emmylou Harris, Tammy Rogers King, Maura O’Connell, John Mock, and everyone who purchased tickets in support of this cause.

It was a beautiful way to support our community and to shine a light on adoptable pets like Scout, who joined us at the concert and is still looking for his forever home. Two of the three dogs who attended were adopted, and we’re hoping Scout is next. 🐾

Thank you to each and every person who helped make this special gift possible.
