In Rita, a spirited innkeeper finds her life turned upside down when two husbands unexpectedly collide. Then, in Bach’s Coffee Cantata, a young woman’s love of coffee sparks a humorous battle with her determined father. Together, these beloved works prove that opera can be funny, relatable, and incredibly entertaining.
