We do allow racers to tag the tail of b-mains or features tonight, but you will be required to buy a 2-day pit pass and pay any associated draw fees as if you were here last night AND you must text Chris directly at (715) 497-8916 BEFORE 1pm so we can get you into the lineups.

Good morning, everyone.

It's Championship Saturday of the Scott Engfer Memorial Gopher State Showdown!!!

As you probably heard, we've adjusted our start time today.

Pits will still open at noon.

Grandstands and tailgating will still open at 1pm.

Racing will begin at 4, instead of 3.
*With fewer b-mains needed, we've decided to go racing at 4 instead.

Come on out and enjoy the final race of the season here in Fergus. We've got over 200 race cars and some big features on the schedule this evening.

Oh, and we will crown a WISSOTA Modified National Champion tonight as well!

Race fans, please remember:

Even though it might be a little chilly tonight, we ARE racing and the racing season is almost over, so if you don't come watch this weekend, it could be six whole months or longer before you get to see another local dirt track race live!!!

We are hearty Midwesterners.

We all have jackets. And hats. And gloves. And handwarmers. And we know how to dress in layers. You got this!!!

Grab your warm gear and come out and enjoy the final weekend of the year here in Fergus!

We've also got plenty of trackside parking spots available. Just drive your vehicle up to the trackside gate, buy your tickets and parking pass, park in your spot, turn on the FM radio channel so you can hear the announcers and watch some amazing racing from the comfort of your vehicle all night long! It's like a drive-in movie, but it's way better!

Races start at 7. It'll be a great show.

We are closing in on having 150 draw fees sponsored for this weekend's Scott Engfer Memorial Gopher State Showdown!

As of 8am this morning (Friday), we are at 143. Let's make a final push to get to 150+ by the noon deadline!

We are closing in on having 150 draw fees sponsored for this weekend's Scott Engfer Memorial Gopher State Showdown!

As of 10pm tonight (Thursday), we are at 135. Let's make a final push to get to 150+ by the noon deadline!

***Scott Engfer Memorial Gopher State Showdown PRACTICE NIGHT Update***

We had some light rain in the early morning hours here at the I-94 emr Speedway in Fergus Falls, BUT practice night is still ON for tonight with a small tweak…

Practice will begin at 5pm (instead of the advertised 6pm) in case we do get some forecasted rain before 9pm tonight. We will still plan on practicing until 9, but in the event that it does rain earlier than 9, we want to give drivers as much of a chance to turn laps as they can before the big weekend starts tomorrow.

Pit Parking Reminder: If you reserved a spot for this weekend, your number (or the initials of the person who made the reservation if we didn't know your car number) is painted on the ground in your spot. In the likely case that we don’t have anyone to assist you parking when you arrive, please know what area of the pits (A, B, C, D etc) that you reserved a spot in and go to that area and find your number. Please center your truck on the number painted on the ground. Be sure to stay within your spot so we don’t have to ask you to move once you are unloaded. If you did NOT reserve a spot, everything in section G past the tree is open and free to park in. Please DO NOT park in someone’s reserved spot or you will be asked to move.

Pit gates will open at 4pm.
$25 adults / $10 for kids ages 3-15. Anyone under 3 is free.
The grandstand will also be open free of charge to anyone wishing to watch practice tonight.
