Another post-Christmas share. This Santa was commissioned as a gift for a family friend and couldn’t be shared until now. I really wanted this one to tell a story, and the Santa’s likeness was based on the recipient’s dad, which made it especially meaningful to paint.

Posting this a little late because this Santa was a Christmas gift commission for a dear friend (and surprises must be protected at all costs).

Really loved working on this one: warm light, old-school Christmas vibes, and lots of texture.

Swinging into the new year with a piece I forgot to post earlier: “Spider-Man,” 24”x36”, acrylic and gouache on canvas.

It’s one of many I didn’t post this year—some because of my schedule, some because I can’t because of NDAs, and some because I’m just not on social media as much as I have been in the past.

This is one of my favorites of the year, and I wanted to share it before we clocked out of 2025.

Back at Pottery Barn in Plaza Frontenac this weekend! 12-4 both days and maybe more depending on how the weekend goes.

Painting live and have a few framed prints with me including this framed Roman Burki for my St. Louis SC fans out there! It’s 16”x20” and ready to hang.

“700,” Albert Pujols

This piece celebrates one of the great moments in baseball history: Albert Pujols hitting number 700. I was lucky enough to have this one signed by him last month, which made it even more special.

The original was a commission, but this one will always stand out as a favorite for me.
