Booking your event: Upon deciding to book, we will send over a formal quote for your event as well as a contract for you to sign. Once the contract is returned, we will collect your $100 booking deposit to hold your date. Leading up to your event: One week prior to your eve

nt, we will reach out to you to confirm theme, number of guests, package add ons, and give you a 2 hour delivery window. We deliver and set up between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM but we will discuss a good time for us to arrive based on the type and time of your event. For over night events, pick ups will occur the next morning between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

3 days prior to your event: Balance for event must be paid in full. We will also remind you to move any furniture and clean your event space prior to set up. All furniture will need to be out of the way prior to set up for all indoor events. Please note, for liability and safety reasons, we do not move furniture and cannot set up our equipment on dirty surfaces. Our team will arrive during your assigned set up window and get to work creating your event! We will need access to electrical outlets but will bring extension cords in case! *NOTE* for same day events, pick up window will be based on time of your event and will be decided prior to set up. The Day after your event: we will arrive between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to tear down all of our equipment. Any damage will be assessed during tear down/clean up and you will be provided with proof and written documentation of any damages as well as fees incurred. These fees must be paid within 7 calendar days. If you have questions about our damage or cleaning fees, please review our contract.

Registration is open for the Fenton Freedom Festivalm Festival 4th of July Parade!

🏆 Fenton Freedom Festival FLOAT CONTEST!
Bring your creativity, we’re awarding 1st–4th Place with perks like Top 10 lineup placement, a feature photo, free 2027 registration, and more!

📅 Key Dates:
• Register by June 26
• Lineup released July 1
• Staging opens July 3 at 5 PM
• Parade starts July 4 at 10 AM

🚗 Day‑Of:
• Lineup at 8 AM (Industrial Park)
• All entries must be decorated
• Enter staging via Silver Lake Rd only

🛑 NO THROWING, candy must be handed out by walkers.

💰 Fees:
Businesses $80 • Political $500 • Others $25
Late entries (June 26–July 1): +$100

If your entry takes home first place or best group participation, you get to plan your very own ice cream party with their famous 5 foot banana split courtesy of Uncle Ray's!

If you're looking to get patriotic before the parade on July 4th, please join Dave and the Uncle Ray's family on Sunday, June 14th to celebrate Flag Day!!

Bring your kiddos from 2pm-5pm and if they recite the pledge of allegiance, they will get a gift certificate for a round of mini golf and an ice cream treat!

Remember, the best way to thank our local businesses is to patron them and let them know you love to see what they're doing for our community!
