Mondo was one of those decisions that honestly didn’t make perfect sense on paper.
I really couldn’t afford to do it the way I wanted to. But I also knew there are moments where staying comfortable can cost you more than taking the chance.
So I went.
I learned. I asked questions. I sat in rooms I wanted to understand better. I made connections. And I came home thinking bigger than I did before I left.
That’s the value I want to pass on: sometimes the move is scary because it matters.
You still have to be smart. But don’t let fear of the stretch automatically make the decision for you.

Standing by the water, New York lit up behind me, taking a minute to let it all sink in. Building Death By Lipstick takes so much of me—and then I get moments like this that pour something back.

Music brought me here. That dream I keep showing up for. And underneath all the business, there’s still that girl who just loves music and wants to see where it takes her.

And getting to share this journey with Lexi, helping her reach the dream she’s worked so hard for, makes it even more special. I know her heart. I know her talent. And I want more people to experience what I see in her. It’s time, Lex. You’re beyond ready. ❤️🔥

From Duran Duran Dreams to Full-Circle Moments ❤️

There’s something pretty special about this morning. ❤️
Lexi and I, enjoying a little October magic on my beautiful friend Danah and her hubby Gar’s cozy Jersey terrace, getting ready to head into NYC for the Mondo Music Conference.
And here’s the crazy part… something happened on our way here that could be life-changing. I’m not ready to share the details just yet, but WOW. Sometimes life has a way of reminding you why you kept believing.
What makes this moment even sweeter is sharing it with Danah.
We go all the way back to being young girls, dreaming big, loving Duran Duran, and getting completely lost in music. Who would’ve thought all these years later, I’d be sitting on her terrace with an artist I’m developing, heading into New York to chase some of those very same dreams?
And somehow, having Danah be part of this chapter just feels right. Like life has a funny little way of bringing things full circle.
From two girls dreaming about music to a lifetime later, still finding ourselves right in the middle of it.
Some things in life just feel meant to be. And this is one of them. ❤️
