Upcoming Audition Information!!!
Our KTK / FVP crossover summer show is always such a great experience for everyone involved. We have received a lot of requests to do a straight play instead of a musical and we have decided to do just that this summer.
Our 2026 KTK/FVP show will be, "The Crucible". We think this will be a great experience for our older KTK kids who are looking for something more challenging and a different experience from our usual fun, light hearted musicals (although those are also fun!).
Auditions will be held on Monday, June 22nd at 6:30pm at The Fenton Village Players theatre. *If you are unable to attend auditions that night but would like to be considered for casting please send in an audition video (prior to audition night) including a short monologue along with your information and email it to: [email protected].
Scripts will be passed out after casting is finalized so you can learn your lines over the summer at your leisure. Then rehearsals will start on July 20th and go for 3 weeks (through August 6th). There will be one weekend of performances, August 7-9.
We can't wait to see you all on Monday, June 22nd!

🎓Senior Sunday🎓 🎭KTK Edition🎭
Today we want to give praise and special attention to an incredible young lady. This post is all about featuring a senior who has grown up through our KTK organization. Please join us in celebrating the beautiful, multi-talented, super star, and the girl with the biggest heart, Ms. Kennedy Brooks. ❤️🤍❤️🤍
Kennedy joined our KTK organization in 5th grade along with her brother and sister. We will never forget the very polite, outgoing, darling of a girl walking into auditions. We right away saw so much potential in her and it has been our pleasure to watch her grow and blossom both on stage and off. In some ways we can't believe she is already graduating but in other ways we kept mistaking Kennedy for a senior for the past couple of years! 🤣 She carries herself with so much grace, selflessness, maturity, and is wise beyond her years that we all want to be just like Kennedy when we grow up! KTK has been so lucky to have Kennedy as part of our group. She not only has proven she can play almost any character on stage- from Cat in the Hat to a Princess and from Ms. Hannigan to Cogsworth- she is diverse, talented, and not afraid to be brave and stretch herself. Kennedy tackles every role with 100% of herself and her work ethic is inspiring. On top of being a super star actress she has been a amazing mentor and leader to her peers and our younger kiddos. Kennedy has also been a huge part of our KTK summer camps- first as an attendant and then as a camp counselor. She is so patient and caring when working with the kids and she really embodies the mind set of giving back and teaching the younger kids what she has learned over the years. Kennedy is leaving behind big shoes to fill but we are just grateful to have had the pleasure of getting to know her and we hope she knows she is always welcome back at KTK. 🥰
Today we will try to hold back tears as Kennedy takes her final bow on our KTK stage in her role as Princess in our spring musical, Princess Whatsername. It is no surprise that she will be performing to a sold out crowd but this young lady is such a pro and we know she is going to knock everyone's socks off. 🤩 Break a leg, Kennedy!

Opening Night is this Friday, May 8th for our upcoming Spring Musical, "Princess Whatsername"!!! 👸🤴👑
We are so excited to share this funny and entertaining story with you all. Please support these kids and your local theatre by purchasing tickets to see one of our 9 performances.

Rehearsals are under way and we could not be happier to be back at the theatre working on this show.
Reminder- today and tomorrow the only kids needed at rehearsal are: Princess, Snow White, Goldilocks, and all 7 dwarves. Everyone else gets the rest of the week off.
Spend this time reading your scripts, highlighting and memorizing your lines!

It was an amazing turnout with over 100 kids auditioning! 😮
Casting emails have been sent out to every kid who auditioned so please let us know if you did not receive one.

🤩We are less than 2 weeks away from Princess Whatsername auditions and we can't wait!!! Make sure your calendars are marked to come in on either Wednesday, Feb. 25th or Thursday, Feb 26th. More details in earlier post. 👇
*IMPORTANT NOTE* Auditions are slightly different this year in 2 ways:
1- We are not separating the arrival times based on age. All kids come and audition at 6:00.
2- Parents are requested to stay instead of just drop off (even if your kid is older and typically driving themselves). We are having a parent meeting DURING the auditions which will start shortly after 6:00 once you get your kid signed in and registered. Even if you are not new to our group it is still recommended to attend this meeting. There may some new information that you are not aware of and changes that we are implementing and we want to make sure everyone signing up for this show is on the same page.

How can all these KTK Kidz be in High School already! I counted 18 of them in the cast last night! They were all amazing! Please support our Kidz and go see this fabulous production at Fenton High School tonight or tomorrow. I promise you'll be singing the songs on your ride home and pleased you didn't miss it.
