Camp MoxyJo’s A “far out” private campground that’s not too far out!

We're so grateful to have support from our community and elected officials. Back on July 21, Councilmember Martin Moore, Federal Way took some time during a city council meeting to talk about our dreams for the camp and what Camp MoxyJo's adds to the city.

Thank you Martin Moore!

It's finally Spooky Season! In the past we've celebrated with exceptionally artistic pumpkin carving, a harvest festival, feasts, campfires and carnival games all at our little vintage campground in Federal Way.

Hosting live music at Camp MoxyJo's is one of our favorite ways to connect to our community. It's also a great place to shoot music videos - here's a clip of St Yuma playing After Hours Mr. Rogers.

It's been almost a year since Harley joined the Camp MoxyJo's family and it's about time we introduced her to you! She came to us from the Humane Society in Tacoma to cheer up Moose after we lost Stanton.
Harley can scale a tree in 2.5 seconds, loves all human food (she might try to steal a French fry right off your plate!) and loves being around humans.
She is a total love and a snuggler and we love the way she'll follow us around the camp as we go about our day.

Camp MoxyJo's is a positive thing that came out of a really challenging time - the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. We know we're not alone and many people rediscovered a love for art, learned a new skill or made big life changes during that time...what was something positive that came out of that time for you? Tell us in the comments ❤️
