I built up the inside and hardened the fabric inside.

Aren’t the ghosts cute?

Setting my show during the Gallery Hop or the reception Sunday evening!in the blink of an eye: The Art of Never Growing Up tomorrow!!

Eeeek!! I’ve slept one a total of six hours in the last five days. If I don’t make it go to the reception please go for me🫠

It’s the final 4 days before I have to hang my show- it’s crunch time but I wanted to share the that was created for Downtown Fayetteville at Weekend Starts. This is honestly the most beautiful piece. It exceeded my expectations!

Truly a wonderful night.

The last step is to letter the piece with DOWNTOWN FAYETTEVILLE and it’s ready to go live on the Square!

1911 Vintage Tin + Papier Mache

Mr. Peabody a Proper Gentleman 🎩
3.5” x 6”

Stands upright and the tin is still usable!

When I was about 4 or 5 I had a collection of SUPER (for the 70’s) realistic mice. They were very popular and sold behind the glass at Macy’s.

The company created an entire world for these mice and all the characters. I loved getting a new one.

Now I look back and literally get the chills at how gross the feeling of these mice’s fur.
IT WAS PROBABLY TAXIDERMY 😳😮🤯🤢

Anyway, I thought instead of recreating those I’d make a mouse that doesn’t freak me out 😂
