✨Student Spotlight: Taylor Foster

Animal science senior in the pre-professional concentration from Strawberry, Arkansas with plans to attend veterinary school.

Taylor studied abroad in New Zealand and Australia and is completing an Honors research project focused on how nutrition impacts beef cattle health. Studying animal science at the University of Arkansas has been a dream come true and allows her to pursue a field she is passionate about every day.

Boots, Brews, & BBQ supports scholarships that help students like Taylor pursue opportunities and experiences like these.

Join Grant Hall from Ridgewood Brothers BBQ for a BBQ prep demonstration on Friday at 6 p.m.

Grant will walk through how to properly prep and season BBQ cuts for smoking at home. Attendees will also have the chance to sample some of Grant’s products and learn tips from a professional pitmaster.
