1. Travel Fees + Appointment Costs:
Travel fees vary based on your distance from my location. Please indicate during your booking consultation that you are requesting a travel appointment and provide your address for an accurate calculation.
In-town appointments (Fayetteville, NC) require a $30 travel and convenience fee in addition to your service cost. This fee covers gas, vehicle maintenance, and inventory used for your service.
For locations outside of Fayetteville, travel fees increase by $10–$70+ depending on distance. Please be thorough during your consultation to avoid any misunderstandings.
Rules:
1. House Call Selection Required:
You must select the house call option when booking. This ensures I’m notified of your travel service request and can properly prepare for your appointment.
2. No Last-Minute Changes to Sets or Designs:
When traveling, I bring only the supplies required for your selected services and designs. I do not have access to my full inventory, so please do not request last-minute color changes, design changes, or excessive add-ons during the appointment. Services provided will strictly match what was selected during booking and consultation.
3. No Last-Minute Add-On Appointments:
If you book a travel service for one person, please do not request additional services for extra guests. Group travel services must be selected and booked in advance to allow for proper consultation, scheduling, and inventory preparation. All appointments must be booked prior to the day of service.
4. Special Occasion Bookings:
For special occasions, please book travel services well in advance—not the day of the event—to avoid scheduling conflicts.
