Our 3rd Annual Labor Day Horse Show is next Monday September 7th starting at 9am with Pleasure classes. Gaming classes will not start before noon. Club address is 7000 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville, PA, 17222.

Redneck Dogs will be our food vendor. Always plenty of parking, shade, and our covered bleachers are great for watching. Hope we see you there.

Friendly reminder that all competitors MUST wear boots with a heel if your entering the ring for a class. If your enter the ring wearing sneakers or anything other than riding boots you will be asked to leave.

If you see people in the arena setting up barrels and poles, jump in to help! It will make the show run faster.

We’re excited to let you know that we’ve decided to double the year-end award points for the September 12th gaming show and September 20th pleasure show! Instead of holding makeup shows for the events we had to cancel, we think this is a great way to keep things moving since our schedules are really packed right now. Thanks for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see you at the September shows!

I love this idea of looking at the positives and not focusing on the negatives. This could also go for a pleasure ride.

After every run, find 3 things you did well and 1 thing you want to work on.

It’s easy to walk out of the arena and immediately focus on everything that went wrong. But if the only thing your brain hears is criticism, you’re training yourself to look for failure instead of progress.

Find three positives. Maybe you stayed aggressive. Maybe your timing was better. Maybe your horse handled a tough situation well. Maybe one barrel you’ve been struggling with, came together.

Then choose 𝐎𝐍𝐄 thing to improve. Not ten. Not the entire run. One thing you can take home and work on.

3 wins. 1 adjustment. Then move forward.

Confidence doesn’t come from being perfect. It comes from recognizing your progress while still being willing to improve.

We’re pleased to share that the results are now posted, and it was an outstanding turnout. The raffles were a tremendous success, generating $400 for a donation to the Ronald McDonald House. Thank you all for your unwavering support; it truly makes a difference!
