The games have been picked up. The tap wall has been emptied. The prizes have been packed away, and for the last time, the floors have been mopped.

To say this feels surreal doesn’t quite capture it. If we’re being honest, it feels a little empty.

Within these walls, thousands of memories were made. First dates, birthday parties, celebrations, difficult conversations over a drink, victories at the arcade, and countless moments of laughter shared between friends, families, and strangers who quickly became familiar faces.

Sol’s was always more than an arcade and taproom. It became a gathering place. A place where people could unplug from the stress of life, connect with one another, and simply enjoy being together. And that happened because of you.

Our community shaped this place in ways we’ll probably never be able to fully put into words. Every person who walked through our doors, poured a drink, played a game, attended an event, brought a friend, or simply cheered us on helped write the story of Sol’s.

As we close this chapter, please know that we are thinking about all of you. We are grateful for every memory, every conversation, every laugh, and every ounce of support you’ve shown us along the way.

Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for building something special alongside us. Thank you for making Sol’s feel like home.

This may be goodbye to this location, but the impact you’ve had on us will stay with us forever. ❤️

As we soak in the final weekend of Sol’s Arcade + Taproom, we’re turning up the music and making every moment count.

Join us SATURDAY from 5PM–7PM as incredible local talent takes over the patio for an evening of live music, great company, and memories in the making. You won’t want to miss Ruben perform. Whether Sol’s has been your weekly hangout, your family’s game night destination, or the place where you’ve shared a drink with friends, this weekend is about celebrating all of those moments together.

Let’s fill the patio one more time. Let’s laugh, sing along, tell stories, and celebrate a place that has meant so much to so many.

Saturday, the celebration continues! 🧡

Some of our fav people have generously come together to make sure no one leaves hungry by providing lunch for anyone who would like to join us. No registration. No requirements. Just good food, good people, and a chance to spend time together.

As we celebrate our final weekend in Downtown Fayetteville, we’re reminded that places don’t become special because of the building… they become special because of the people who fill them with laughter, friendship, and memories.

So come by, grab a plate, share a story, play a game, and help us make a few more memories before this chapter comes to a close.

From first dates and family game nights to birthday parties, celebrations, fundraisers, karaoke nights, and countless laughs shared over a cold drink and a friendly competition, Sol’s Arcade + Taproom has always been about one thing: community.

Our last day is SUNDAY/June 7th, but… On Saturday, June 6th, we invite you to join us for official goodbye celebration at our Downtown location as we say goodbye to the building that became home and thank every single person who helped make Sol’s what it is today.

Today we’re celebrating the owner of Sol’s Arcade + Taproom, but more importantly, we’re celebrating the person behind it all. So join us in saying: HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMERON!

What many people see is an arcade, a taproom, karaoke nights, games, birthday parties, community events, and a place to gather. What we see is the countless hours, sleepless nights, hard decisions, sacrifices, and unwavering belief that Fayetteville deserved a place where everyone could feel welcome.

Cameron has always believed that community matters. That strangers can become friends. That families should have a place to make memories together. That sometimes all it takes is a game, a laugh, a conversation, or a shared experience to make someone’s day a little better.

Over the past year, we’ve watched first dates turn into relationships, families celebrate birthdays, friends reconnect, organizations raise money for causes they care about, and countless people create memories within these walls. Those moments happened because Cameron took a chance on a dream.

So for his birthday, we’d love your help.

We won’t sugarcoat it. Our last day at this location is June 7th.

This is one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to write.

We have fought hard to find a new location that could realistically house our operation, equipment, events, and community gatherings, but the reality is that suitable spaces are limited and the timeline we were given has made this incredibly difficult. While we are still searching and praying for a miracle, we also feel that honesty with our community matters more than false hope. Right now, the chances of us successfully relocating are very slim.

Sol’s was never just arcade games and taps. It became birthday parties, first dates, karaoke nights, nonprofit fundraisers, celebrations, safe spaces, random Tuesday laughs, community collaborations, and memories we will carry forever. What all of YOU built inside these walls mattered. More than you probably realize.

Because we want to be transparent, we are encouraging everyone who has game credits, prizes, tickets, gift cards, or anything else connected to Sol’s to begin using and redeeming them as soon as possible while we work through what comes next.

If you’ve been meaning to stop by one more time, this is probably the time. Bring your friends. Bring your kids. Come make a few more memories with us while you still can.

And if anyone knows of available commercial spaces, pocket listings, or miracle opportunities that could potentially save Sol’s, please send them our way. We are still trying. We are still hopeful. But we also owe this community honesty.

No matter what happens next, thank you. Thank you for every game played, every karaoke song sung badly, every beer poured, every laugh shared, every event attended, and every single time you chose to walk through our doors.

You gave Sol’s life.
