Phew, Y’ALL! WHAT A NIGHT! Last night after celebrating one of our fave rink kiddos, Grayson, at his private birthday party, we got set up for our Saturday night party and open session. Our weekends during the summer and back to school time are usually painfully slow so, we had 3 people scheduled. I knew I was in trouble when the line hadn’t slowed down and it was 6:30! 😳 And it was the best kind of trouble! We probably had 150 skaters last night plus another fun birthday party for Ms. Nora! She and her friends and family showed up and showed out! They were a great bunch and had a lot of fun in the organized rink chaos!

THANK YOU ALL for a great night! We needed it big time as September is coming and that’s always a very hard month for us with the fair and all the fun fall farm activities getting kicked up. I wish I had pictures and video from last night, but with an ice machine that wasn’t working and only 3 of us there, I could barely breathe, much less take a photo, but trust me when I say IT WAS AWESOME!

And THANK YOU to a couple of regulars that saw we were drowning and jumped in to help out! Kelli and Tim, y’all are the best.
