Just a quick post of appreciation before my days at the civic center have ended. Your well wishes, phone calls and text’s are treasures that I’ll always remember! Thank you so very much! I’ve loved serving our community for the past 19 years, it’s been my extreme pleasure! I have loved every day. 🌸 I’m Officially retired the end of October:)

A changing of the guard at the Fayette Civic Center! ❤️

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for both of us. Glenda Robertson is preparing for a well-deserved retirement, and I, Jami Olive, am beginning my new role as director of the Fayette Civic Center.

I’m so grateful Glenda gets to spend some time showing me the ropes and sharing the knowledge she has gained through her years of serving the Civic Center and our community. I know I have some big shoes to fill!

Glenda, congratulations on your retirement, and thank you for everything you have done for the Civic Center and the people of Fayette. I hope this next chapter brings you plenty of time to relax, enjoy yourself and do all the things you’ve been looking forward to.

As for me, I’m excited to begin this new adventure. I’m looking forward to serving our community, building on the work that has already been done, and seeing what the future holds for the Fayette Civic Center.

Here’s to new beginnings for both of us! ❤️
