Last Thursday I challenged the audience at The Genesis Sessions, and told them this simple thing could change their life for the better. Ron Hutchens, one of our songwriters played a beautiful instrumental piece, “Blessed” that he wrote on the piano, and I mentioned that if once a day, everyone laid on their bed, closed their eyes, played this song and spent the 2:22 of the song thinking about what they were thankful for, their life would improve.

Well, it’s time to start! Comment below and tell me if you are up for the challenge this week and we’ll reconvene next week to see how everyone is doing.

Here’s “Blessed” by Ron Hutchens

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
