🌄This Saturday. One night. A story we can’t wait to share with you.

This Saturday, March 28th at 7:00 PM at Waterworks, we invite you to come sit with us for a live staged reading of Poem from a Mountaintop By Skkyler Travis.

Set in rural Virginia in 2002, Poem from a Mountaintop follows Eden Hartley, a young traveling poet who returns home after the sudden death of his older brother Xander. Reunited with his grieving family, Eden must face the tensions he left behind — especially with his father — while wrestling with guilt over years of absence. Guided by visions of Xander’s spirit and pushed toward honesty by the people who love him most, Eden slowly learns that the life worth writing about has been right in front of him all along. A tender and deeply human story about grief, forgiveness, and finding your way back to the people who matter.

Come as you are and enjoy this beautiful story in its most raw form.

Alice by Heart closed yesterday and we are so grateful for everyone who joined us in Wonderland. We are sad to see it go but we have some exciting news!

🌄 From the mountaintop, a new voice is calling — and you’re invited to listen.

Join us next Saturday for a FREE public reading of Poem from a Mountaintop, an extraordinary new play by Skkyler Travis (recently seen as Alfred/White Rabbit in Alice by Heart). This is live, in-person theatre at its most intimate and exciting — no sets, no costumes, just the raw power of words, performers, and the magic that happens when a story meets an audience for the very first time.
