If you've seen GREASE, you already know Millie Sherin as the hilariously enthusiastic Patty Simcox! Now, she's teaming up with Juniper Performing Arts Foundation to kick off this summer's Heather McGaughey Theatre Academy with a special Teen Improv & Sketch Class!

This high-energy class is designed to help teens develop confidence, communication, teamwork, and creativity while learning the fundamentals of improv and comedy.

🗓️ Teen Improv & Sketch:
Who: Teens ages 13–18
When: June 22 – July 1 (Mondays & Wednesdays) @ 10:00 AM
Where: Totah Theater & Farmington Civic Center
Cost: $25 per participant

SUMMER ACADEMY REGISTRATION IS OPEN! 🎭

Looking to build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun this summer? The Heather McGaughey Theatre Academy is back with two incredible program offerings! Space is limited for both, so pick your program and register today:

🎶 PROGRAM 1: Musical Theatre Academy
This summer, we’re taking a fresh approach! Instead of single-topic workshops, your registration includes access to FOUR comprehensive classes designed to build well-rounded performers. Participants will gain practical skills in musical theatre vocal basics, acting basics, theatre dance, and audition preparation—all in a supportive, hands-on environment.

• Ages: Two separate sessions available: 8–12 | 13–Adult
• When: Mon, July 6 – Sat, July 11 (Mon, Tue, Wed from 6–8 PM & Sat from 9–11 AM)
• Where: Farmington Civic Center
• Cost: $40 per participant (Includes all 4 classes)

🎬 PROGRAM 2: Teen Improv & Sketch
Sponsored by Juniper Performing Arts Foundation

Led by professional instructor Emilia Sherin, this specialized class is designed to help teens develop confidence, communication, teamwork, and creativity while learning the fundamentals of improv & sketch comedy.

• Ages: Teens 13–18
• When: June 22 – July 1 (Mondays & Wednesdays) @ 10:00 AM. (Note: The final class on July 1 will be 2 hours long and feature a showcase performance for family & friends)
• Where: Totah Theater & Farmington Civic Center
• Cost: $25 per participant

🎭 Spring Academy Classes | Registration Now Open!

This spring, the Heather McGaughey Four Corners Theatre Academy is trying something new.

Instead of single-topic workshops, your $40 registration includes (4) comprehensive musical theatre classes designed to help participants grow into confident, well-rounded performers!

📅 March 23–28, 2026
• Mon: How to Audition for Musical Theatre
• Tue: Vocal Basics
• Wed: Dance Basics
• Sat: Acting Fundamentals

Participants will build skills in performance, movement, voice, and audition preparation in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Two Age Sessions available: Ages 8–12 | Ages 13–Adult

Each class session is 2 hours, and all classes are held at the Farmington Civic Center.

Whether you're stepping on stage for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, this all-inclusive academy experience is a great place to start.
