Come spin and toss with us this spring at a special "try it out" session. No pressure, no obligation, just a chance to meet members of the guard and learn some of the basic skills that made our guard State Champions! Best of all, no experience is necessary and you only need to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

*Update on the April 5th training session.

We will be canceling the first training session of the season on April 5th from 5pm-8pm. However we will be replacing it with a virtual meeting for veterans of the FHSCG and dance line at 4pm this afternoon. A link will be shared via the FHSCG 2021 FB group!
