The North Cottonwood Commons parking lot will be closed on Sunday, August 23, 2026, for repairs. The park will remain open, and parking will be available on the street and in the parking lot across from the park on the north side of Cook Lane. Thank you for your understanding.

Farmington City will be completing a fire mitigation project along the Farmington Creek Lagoon Trail to help reduce fire risk and improve conditions along the trail corridor.

From August 17 through September 7, the section of trail between 300 North and 600 North will be intermittently closed while crews are working. During closures, trail users will need to detour along Main Street to travel around the work area.

Please use caution near crews and equipment and follow all posted closure signs.

Thank you for your patience while we complete this important fire mitigation work.
