The Farmington High School Band Program is proud to share that our Director of Bands, Erin Holmes, has been recognized as a Melvin Jones Fellow by the Farmington Lions Club.

The Melvin Jones Fellowship is one of the highest forms of recognition presented by Lions Clubs International and honors individuals who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to humanitarian service, the organization's core ideals, and making a positive impact in their communities.

While Ms. Holmes would be the first to point out that no success is achieved alone, this recognition reflects her unwavering dedication to students, music education, leadership, and the Farmington community. Her commitment to creating opportunities for their students and building a culture where everyone belongs continues to make a difference both inside and outside the band room.

Please join us in congratulating Holmes on this well-deserved honor. We are grateful for her leadership and proud to celebrate this recognition with her.
