ROBIN HOOD BRAND NEW RESTORATION AND PERFORMANCE KICKSTARTER [REGINALD DE KOVEN OPERA]

For years there has not a proper version of the Reginald De Koven Robin Hood opera, there is no widely available version that reflects the original Broadway production. With your help that can change!
Our goal is to produce a brand new restoration of Reginald De Koven opera: Robin Hood. This restored script (published in two volumes) will feature both a scripts reflecting the original Broadway production, and a version reflecting the original Chicago Version.

Volume One: The Chicago version will reflect the original premiere version, which played the Chicago Opera House starting June 9 1890. Volume Two: The Broadway version of the script will be as close as possible to what audiences saw on when it opened at Broadway's Standard Theatre starting September 22, 1891, and during it's later tours.

Not only will the restored scripts and score will be published, but with your help it will be performed at Offsite Connecticut Theatre this Spring, 2027. Presented with local community actors and a brand new reduced orchestra restoration.
