We have received numerous inquiries regarding classes at our studio. Currently, we are not offering any classes, and it is unlikely that we will offer any until the winter. However, we do offer personalized lessons for groups of 1 to 4 individuals. Our prices are as follows: $75.00 for a 2-hour lesson for one person, $70.00 each for a 2-hour lesson for two people, $65.00 each for a 2-hour lesson for three people, and $60.00 each for a 2-hour lesson for four people. All lessons include materials, and a $10 fee applies for glazing and firing. Additionally, we offer open studio time for a weekly fee of $40, (after at least 1 lesson) and participants must purchase clay from us at $30 per bag. Participants are also welcome to reclaim their clay, and we fire work when there is sufficient quantity to fill the kiln. We do not fire pottery made outside our studio. While participants can bring their own glazes, they must be cone 5/6 and tested before use in our kiln. Special firings for overglaze or decals incur an additional $20 fee per firing. We understand that pottery can be an expensive hobby, but our prices are as low as possible to maintain our studio.
