Went to an Engineer in named Big Phill to get the beat down and he taught me some really cool stuff about recording! I can’t wait to get the behind the scenes footage he shot of the making of the song. And how simple he makes the process. Srsly! Dude asks for 50$ an hour with a 40$ sign up deposit! What!? Compared to the 75$ to 100$ per hour for other talented music engineer services. Engineers deserve that though. Not saying they don’t! But it’s nice that he made it easier for a session on a tight budget.
Big Phil legit made my dream of recording a track a reality.
I would always dream of it as a child in st. Anne . Learning to rhymn with the kids I would hang with and 2PAC, Snoop Dogg, among many others. But was told a lot that I couldn’t do it cause I’m a female and I’m white.
Or rather Caucasian, cuz I h8 that white and black s**t. We ain’t colors were people! Separating us into colors just dividing us as human beings. 1%ers are trying, and have been trying to tear us apart as a people with the division of color for centuries. It’s time for a time to realize we are all in this war they’ve made.
