As artists we can be our own harshest critics. Last Thursday, I had a brief conversation with one of the Guerrilla Girls. She looked at my work and said it was good. I’ve been sitting with that since. Not as validation, but as a reminder to keep making the work I’m already making. AND she signed her book for me: "Make trouble!" ...okay!
