I spent allllll day today (about 5 hours total!) washing and dying quills!!
I've had a huge amount of quills for a while now and I've been meaning to dye them for earring making. So thrilled with how they all came out for my first time! I learned soooo much for next time!

Having the most AMAZING time here in Fargo for the Indigenous Art Fair !
I'll still be here tomorrow from 11am to 5pm selling my goodies!

I am all packed and ready to travel from Minneapolis to Fargo,North Dakota tomorrow for the Plains Art Museim Indigenous Art Fair!!
11am to 5pm both this Saturday April 25th and 26th. I created 85 (!!!) New pieces just for this show!!

This unique event features the art created by Indigenous artists from throughout the region.

The exhibitions open Tuesday at the Textile Center and feature two galleries. One focuses on the work of Two-Spirit artists in Minnesota. The second features Dakota and Anishinaabe artists highlights ancestral practices through contemporary art.

I am SUPER thrilled to announce that for the first time EVER I have been accepted into for the world's largest Native American Art Market in Santa Fe, New Mexico August 15th and 16th!!!

I went to school in Columbia Heights.
Class of 2012. I went to Valley View (where Liam went to school), then CMS (Central Academy now) and finished in CHHS. My entire family and my closest friends still live in heights. ICE is rampantly going door to door amongst my family and friends. I personally know people who have been taken.
I am so disgusted with what's going on in Heights and beyond. Here is Liams go fund me. I was once a kindergartener in the same rooms he was in.

Heights is big in my heart. I made a mural this last summer that stands in Sullivan Park, a park i would walk every day with my mom as a kid. I visit multiple times a week to fam there and I see ICE every single time I go.
