FAQ's for Saturday:
Q: What does the ticket purchase get me?
A: It gets you full access to the Concert Hall AND Patio Stage bands!
Q: If we get have a seated ticket, will we lose our table if we go outside to see the Patio Stage bands?
A: Absolutely not. As long as you have a table (based on your seated ticket), it's yours until you decide to leave / give up your table. We encourage that you communicate with your server either way, just as a courtesy.
Q: If we only want to attend the Patio Stage (we just want to be outside all day!) do we have to purchase a ticket?
A: Nope! The Patio Stage will be open and free to the public all day and night.
Q: Can we reserve a table in the Concert Hall?
A: If you have a ticket purchased, it's a reservation. The door staff will find a table that best suits your party when you arrive.
Q: If we pay at the door, can we still get a table in the Concert Hall?
A: We will have tables available based on the number of seated tickets sold. Example: We have 200 seats available. If 150 are purchased, we will have 50 seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. The best option is to purchase your ticket in advance, even if it's the day of. (Sales end at noon on Saturday)
Q: Can we reserve a table on the Patio Stage?
A: Yes! Simply call the restaurant and one of the staff can reserve a table for you.
Q: How will we get back in the Concert Hall if we go out to the Patio?
A: All paid patrons will have wristbands upon entry. Simply show the door staff and you're right back in.
Q: Do you have a lineup of bands?
A: Oh yeah!

Q: I don't carry cash, but I don't want to get my ticket in advance. Can I pay with a card at the door?
A: Absolutely. Our staff have terminals that will allow entry to be paid with a credit or debit card.
Q: Is the event all ages?
A: There's no way to sugar-coat this, so we'll just say it - yes, the event is all ages, and all 21-and-under patrons must pay for a ticket, but please keep your children under control. If we find that your kids are running around the venue like a playground, we will have no choice but to ask you to leave.
Q: Can we bring outside food and / or beverages to the Patio Stage?
A: No, outside food and beverages are not permitted on the Patio Stage, we will have full food and beverage menus available all day including daily features.
