Unshaken Festival Family - For the past week we have read your words about how this event impacted you. Thank you for sharing those with us. We are so abundantly grateful to see the effect that Unshaken had on this community, and so many of you. Together, we raised the funds to donate and pack 10,000 meals during the Festival to deliver to those struggling with food insecurity right here in the D.C. Area. We witnessed 8 artists foster a variety of worship experiences with us. We watched the body of Christ come together united, as nearly 100 churches and ministries were represented in various capacities throughout Unshaken. We saw numerous children sponsored through World Vision and have their lives forever changed, in Christ. To cap it all off, around two dozen people were saved or re-dedicated their lives to Christ.
To every one of you who attended, to the 200+ volunteers that brought this to life, and to the financial partners that helped create this: thank you all for believing in this vision of creating a Christ-centered music festival, by and for the D.C. Area, that is a catalyst for more. This was just the first year. We know Unshaken can improve to even better serve and impact this region. Your suggestions have been so valuable in helping us potentially accomplish this. We are still wrestling with the future of Unshaken, but no matter what - it is undeniable that God worked last weekend and we are truly appreciative of each of you for being a part of it.
