We’ve received a lot of messages and questions regarding the incident that took place outside the Big Horn last night, so we wanted to take a moment to address it.

First and foremost, everyone involved is okay. Our employees are okay, and we are incredibly thankful for everyone who reached out to check on us and make sure everyone was alright.

The incident occurred outside of the bar and was an isolated situation that unfortunately escalated. We are thankful for the quick response from Fallon PD and the ambulance crew who responded and cared for those who needed it.

Our employees have been shaken up by what happened, as this is not something we ever expect to experience at our workplace. We are still processing everything and are grateful that, despite how serious the situation became, everyone involved is okay.

We also ask that everyone please don’t spread rumors or make assumptions about what happened based on what you’ve heard. There is already a lot of speculation circulating, and we want to be respectful of everyone involved while the situation is handled appropriately. It is still under investigation and not by us, or Facebook viewers.

Thank you to our customers, friends, family, and community for checking in on our staff and showing us so much support. We truly appreciate every message, call, and concern for our crew.

The nights are getting cooler… but we’re just heating up. Summer may be winding down, but the party here at the big horn isn’t.

Join us for Karaoke Night every Saturday starting at 9 PM. Grab a cold drink, warm up those vocal cords, and belt out your favorite songs. No judgment, just good people, cold b**r, and a dive bar that feels like home. 🍻

As many of you all know one of our near and dear friends Pat Waterhouse was in an accident on his bike recently; due to medical bills and being out of work we are starting a donation jar for him at The Big Horn. So if Pat has ever made you laugh, cooked for you and filled your belly or gave you a beautiful piece of jewelry that he loved to make, stop in and leave what you can or share to other friends. Thank you 💗
