Every day, approximately 22 American veterans commit suicide, totaling over 8,000
veteran suicides each year. We are Cowboys, Active Duty Military members and Veterans that have joined together
to build a team that exemplifies Passion, People, Positivity, Commitment, Camaraderie,
and Community. Each of us faced a hard time returning to civilian life that most military
members and their families fa

ce after returning home from deployment. Hand to Horn
Combat Extreme Rodeo Team was started because of one veteran’s need for a strong
support system. Many of us have turned in our rifle, but the battle doesn’t leave you when
you leave the battlefield. When we are in the Arena with our brothers in arms, it gives us
peace of mind fighting right next to each other again. The enemy has changed, the
mission has changed, but the camaraderie and passion will never change. Today, HTHC is one of the largest Extreme Rodeo Team’s in the United States and is the
only rodeo team of veterans and active duty members motivated & committed to reaching
out to every one of their struggling brothers returning home who are in need of the same
strong support system.

First off I’m just going to say that don’t get offended by the up side down crosses on our chins they are meant for the bull because in Spain it is know as El Diablo “The Devil” and it’s just making a statement. But us boys had a great weekend hanging out with BFO fighters and the one an only Luke Koffman!!
